![]() ![]() Going from never tracking calories, to suddenly monitoring everything you eat and restricting the foods you can eat is a big lifestyle change (one that will come with undue stress and worry as you reorient your day for your diet). At a physical level, the molecular physical level, that may be true, but there are other factors that come into play the biggest one being whether or not the method of weight loss is sustainable and enjoyable. If losing weight was really as easy as calories in versus calories out, there wouldn’t be an industry dedicated to weight loss.
